2. Product materials and descriptions
Material specifications are stated on the individual product page and apply to that product. Our collection may include different stone types, metals, and finishes; a description of one item does not apply to every item in the store.
Cubic zirconia (CZ) is a manufactured stone and is not diamond or natural zircon. A product described as containing cubic zirconia does not contain natural diamond, emerald, ruby, sapphire, topaz, or aquamarine merely because its color resembles one of those stones. Color descriptions do not establish gemstone identity. The actual stone material should be read together with the product name and material specifications.
Natural pearls, cultured pearls, and imitation pearls are distinct materials. Where pearls are included, the product description identifies their type. Cultured pearls are genuine pearls formed with human intervention; they are not the same category as naturally occurring, uncultured pearls. Any material treatment requiring disclosure or special care will be described with the relevant product.
“Gold-plated” means that a layer of gold is applied over a base metal; it does not mean solid gold. “Gold-tone” and “silver-tone” describe appearance and do not, by themselves, indicate gold or silver content. The base metal and any stated precious-metal content are specified separately. Cupronickel is a copper-nickel alloy and is not sterling silver.
If any description appears unclear or inconsistent, please contact us before ordering. Nothing in this notice permits us to substitute materially different goods or excuses an inaccurate product description.
3. Product images, sizing, and presentation
Lighting, screen settings, magnification, and styling can affect how color and sparkle appear in images. Close-up images may show details at a larger scale, and model photographs are not a measurement guide. Please refer to any product-specific measurements or contact us for sizing information.
These presentation differences do not remove our responsibility to supply goods that match their description. If an item differs materially from its advertised design, materials, or stated dimensions, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
Decorative jewelry boxes, display trays, flowers, fabrics, and other photographic props are not included unless the product listing expressly states otherwise. The items included in each purchase are listed on its product page.
4. Skin sensitivity and safe use
Some products contain nickel or other metals that may cause a reaction in sensitive individuals. Please review the material information before purchase. We do not make a general guarantee that every item is nickel-free, hypoallergenic, or suitable for every skin type.
If irritation occurs, stop wearing the jewelry. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or are severe, and contact us to report the issue. Jewelry is intended for decorative wear and is not a medical product.
Our jewelry is intended for adult use. Small parts, detachable stones, and earring components can present choking or injury hazards. Keep jewelry away from young children and pets. Stop using any item with a loose stone, damaged fastening, sharp edge, or other apparent safety defect, and contact us.
5. Care, plating, and adjustable rings
Follow the care instructions provided with the product. Unless an item is expressly described as suitable for such use, remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, exercising, or sleeping. Avoid contact with perfume, household chemicals, and abrasive cleaners. Store pieces separately and clean gently with a soft cloth.
Plated finishes may gradually change through normal wear, friction, moisture, and exposure to chemicals. We do not promise permanent plating or that every item is waterproof. Premature failure or a manufacturing defect will be assessed separately from normal wear, with your statutory rights preserved.
Adjustable rings should be adjusted gently and only as needed. Avoid forceful or repeated bending. Please ask us for assistance if you are uncertain about fit.
6. Purchases and delivery
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), with applicable taxes included. All products include free standard shipping to the United States, with no minimum quantity or order value. We currently ship only to the United States. Review your selected items and quantities in the order summary before placing an order. A one-time purchase does not authorize recurring charges.
If a subscription is offered, it will be expressly identified on the product and checkout pages; the subscription provisions below apply only to those purchases.
One-time purchases and subscription purchases are identified separately. For subscriptions, the applicable introductory price, recurring price, billing interval, and any minimum commitment must be shown before you agree to recurring charges. Your confirmed subscription terms govern your billing schedule.
You can manage your subscription through your customer account or contact our support team for assistance. Cancelling future renewals does not automatically return an already-delivered shipment. Returns and refunds are handled under our published policy and applicable law.
Delivery estimates and tracking arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy. An estimated delivery period is not a guaranteed arrival date. If an order is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us for assistance. This notice does not transfer mandatory delivery obligations or consumer shipping risks to you.
7. Returns and statutory consumer rights
We offer a voluntary 30-day free return and exchange policy for eligible unused items, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. That voluntary policy is additional to, and does not replace, any statutory rights.
Where applicable, consumers retain legal rights concerning faulty, unsafe, misdescribed, or nonconforming goods, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. Any applicable statutory withdrawal rights also remain unaffected. The unused-item conditions of our voluntary return policy do not automatically restrict a statutory withdrawal or defect claim.
8. Intellectual property and third-party content
Rose & Jewel branding and website content are owned by us or used with permission, to the extent protected by applicable law. Nothing in this notice claims ownership of third-party rights or of material that is not legally protectable. Third-party names or links do not imply an endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.
9. Limits of this notice
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded, defective products, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
No statement about color variation, care, skin sensitivity, normal wear, or illustrative presentation waives your rights relating to product safety or accurate descriptions. Mandatory consumer protections prevail over any conflicting provision of this notice or our other store policies.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Service and transactions with Xi’an Aimiyi Technology Co., Ltd. are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China as applicable in mainland China, subject to applicable conflict-of-laws rules and mandatory consumer protections. This choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country or place of residence.
