What comes in each set?
Each monthly set includes a necklace, a pair of earrings, and a ring. Jewelry boxes are not included. Designs and packaging may vary each month; photographs show representative styles.
What materials are used?
Our jewelry features Cubic Zirconia (CZ) and Cupronickel Plating, with imitation pearls where shown.
What does membership cost?
Monthly: $19.90 for your first month, then $39.90 per month. All prices are in USD and include tax.
Is shipping included?
Free standard US shipping is included with every monthly set.
When does my membership renew?
Your monthly membership renews on the same date each month as your first subscription. For example, if you subscribe on October 1, your next renewal is November 1.
When will my jewelry set ship?
Your first set ships within 3 days of successful payment. For monthly memberships, each new set ships within 3 days of a successful renewal payment. Estimated US delivery is 5–15 business days after dispatch.
Do you offer 30-day returns?
Yes. We offer free returns and exchanges on eligible, unused and unworn jewelry within 30 days of delivery. We arrange and cover eligible return shipping. Please return the complete set with all components and original tags. Contact support@rose-jewel.com for more information.
How can I cancel my membership?
Cancel from your account before your next renewal charge. Sign in to manage your subscription. If you need help or cannot see a cancellation option, contact support@rose-jewel.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; returning a shipment does not automatically cancel your membership.
How do I adjust my ring?
- Hold the band gently. Avoid pulling on gemstones or decorative details.
- Use your fingers to gently widen or narrow the opening, a little at a time.
- Try it on between adjustments. Aim for a comfortable fit that slides over your knuckle without force.
- Avoid overstretching or repeatedly bending the band. Frequent adjustments can weaken the metal.
- Once it fits, keep that size rather than opening it each time you put it on. If it resists adjustment, stop and ask a jeweler for help.

Can I choose the style or color?
Customization isn’t available yet. We choose each month’s set for you, so there’s always a new surprise to look forward to. Simply join, and let us take care of the pairing.
