How much does membership cost?
Monthly is $19.90 for your first month, then $39.90 per month. Yearly is paid annually and includes 12 monthly deliveries. See the Yearly product page for the current price. Shipping and taxes are included.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel Monthly before your next renewal to stop future charges. For Yearly, cancel automatic renewal before your next annual charge; your prepaid membership continues through the paid term. Refunds follow our refund policy. Manage your subscription through your account or contact us for help.
When does my Monthly subscription renew?
Your first payment is charged when you subscribe. Your Monthly membership then renews each month on the same calendar date as your original subscription. For example, if you subscribe on the 28th, your next payment is due on the 28th of the following month. For dates that do not occur in every month, check your subscription account for the scheduled renewal date. Each successful payment covers one jewelry set. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges.
When will my set arrive?
Estimated delivery is 5–12 days, depending on your location. Shipping is free.
What is the jewelry made of?
Our jewelry features cubic zirconia and gold-plated cupronickel. It is not made with natural diamonds or solid gold. Pearl designs use pearl-style beads.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Cupronickel contains nickel. If you have a nickel allergy, these pieces may not be suitable for you.
Do I need to choose a ring size?
No. Our open-band rings are adjustable. Gently adjust the band for comfort and avoid repeated bending.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep it dry. Remove it before showering, swimming, or exercising. Avoid perfume and harsh cleaners, wipe with a soft cloth, and store pieces separately.
Can I choose a previous design?
Membership includes a new set each month. Collection photos show our style; clicking a photo does not reserve that design.
What is included with Yearly?
Yearly includes 12 monthly sets, one-on-one member support, upgraded sets, and personalized selections for holidays and special occasions. Your entire year is paid upfront.
